Paying with Childcare Vouchers

How it Works

step 1

Select your camp
and dates

Click on the Red BOOK NOW button found on your camp location webpage. You will be transferred to our booking platform Pebble to be able to select the days you require for your location.

Select from ‘Block’ or ‘Single’ dates and select your dates/Tickets. Add these to your basket.

Pay via Poncho Pay

Complete the booking process until checkout where you are able to select 2 different payment options: Pay by Stripe (card payment) or Pay via Poncho Pay (tax free childcare OR childcare vouchers from providers we work with)

Transfer the
funds

Transfer the funds as per the instructions for your selection. For childcare voucher/tax free child care account info please refer to our Childcare Voucher webpage.

Your transfer of vouchers/funds needs to be made within 14 days and your card will be taken as a guarantee if the transfer is not made within this time frame.

Providers We Accept

Please do not choose an alternative provider if your provider if your provider is not present in the list. It will mean that we do not work with them and that you will need to pay by card instead.
